The enquiry form

The form uses the details you type to prepare an email draft inside your browser. This website’s application code does not upload those form fields to a server or save them in browser storage. Choosing “Open in email” passes the draft to your configured email app. You decide whether to send it. Choosing “Copy enquiry” writes the text to your clipboard.

Programme plans and shared links

The programme builder keeps your choices in this page while it is open. Choosing “Copy plan link” creates a link containing only the selected audience, skill areas, starting point and timing preference; your name, email and enquiry message are not included. Anyone with the link and access to this website can view those choices. Opening a shared link places its preferences in the URL, which may be recorded in browser history and hosting request logs. Choosing “Save brief” downloads those programme choices as a text file. A plan added to your enquiry is included in the email draft you review.

Email and external websites

If you send an email, your email provider and the recipient’s provider handle it. External LinkedIn links take you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.

Hosting and fonts

The website is served through a hosting provider, which may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details. Google Fonts is used on the main and training/resource pages, so your browser may request font files from Google. This version includes no application analytics, advertising scripts or tracking cookies.

What to include

Share only the information needed to discuss your programme. Please do not include sensitive personal records, student lists, identification documents or payment details in an initial enquiry.
